Green's Automatic Transmission

Took my Ford Explorer to Green's Automatic Transmission for a small leak and a torque converter that was engaging rough instead of smooth. Honestly I was worried it'd turn into a bigger, pricier job, but they found the problem and fixed it right the first time. No runaround, no trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. Since I picked it up, it drives so much better. The rough engagement is gone, shifts are smooth now, and the leak is fixed. You can tell these guys actually know what they're doing with transmissions. If you're in the Waco area and your automatic transmission is acting up, go to Green's. They got it right the first time. Trustworthy, fair pricing, and they know their stuff, especially with Fords. Highly recommend.

Greens is the best! They were very through with my truck and made sure everything was fixed, even replaced my fuel pump and stayed under budget! I highly recommend!

Great place to take your vehicle for transmission work. Family-owned for many years, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable pricing too!

First off, Greens automatic transmission is the place for you. Great pricing great work, they do amazing work, no overpriced bs just straight to the point, my 2005 chevrolet silverado 1500hd crew cab has never ran this good in its life, I would say more but go find our for yourself. Youll be in great hands and it shows what good quality work is by people who take pride in their work, Greens can definitely say they've put another smile on a customer's face. We've took 3 vehicls their within a year, 2 4 speeds and 1 6 speed and thats where these vehicles will go for all transmission services or overhauls.

I went here with the expectations to schedule an appointment for my car. I spoke with a woman and told her I was hoping to have someone look at it. Before I could continue, she cut me off to tell me they only take appointments. When I told her that was fine, she told me it would probably not be until the following week. I was fine with that given that's what I was expecting but I could tell based on the rest of our conversation that she didn't want me there. I've never been so disrespected at a shop before.
